Default Wierd driveline vibration

Ok, I have this strange driveline vibration that comes and goes. Its kind of like the feeling of when your auto tranny wont downshift and you are giving it gas when the rpms are real low, know what I mean?
I always drive around with OD off, so its not like the rpms are actually too low. When I feel the vibration, its very fast pitched, and I can feel it thru the gas pedal, and seat. No so much in the steering wheel, but I know its there.
Like I said, it comes and goes, but the other strange part is that if I'm getting the vibration around say 40mph, and I go over a dip in the road, the vibration will start and stop and my suspension goes up and down. This leads me to believe I have some sort of angle wrong.
Here's the thing though, it didnt start happening until I took my RC 2.5" coil lift OFF.
These are the problems I can think of:

1. I didnt re-center the steering wheel after I removed the lift kit (didnt really need to)

2. I had a wheel balance done a few weeks before I removed the lift, but the front doesnt start shaking till 55mph and its a different shake.

3. I tore my front DS boot a few months ago, and maybe its starting to die?

4. I used Mobile 1 synthetic gear oil in the rear diff, but it didnt specifically state it had additive for LSD.

5. Something out of adjustment? I cant think what would be out of adjustment when I put the stock suspension components back in...

Any help is appreciated.

When you removed the lift, did you remember to take off the trackbar bracket?

Never had one. The RC lift only came with coils and shocks...
