Yes they will.

Not ALL 15" wheels will clear the caliper, it depends upon the design of the wheel and the offset. Some people have had them rub.

I do think that there are some clearance issues depending on the wheels as previously stated, but a 15" wheel will fit. I took my Jeep in for service the other day and they had 3 JK's on the lot with 15" wheels that they had put on as a "dealer add on" option.
