I'm looking to buy a used soft top off a 2012. My Jeep is a 2007, but I think I remember from awhile back that a 2012 soft top will fit a 2007 as long as I get the door surrounds that go with it - can anyone confirm this? Any other hardware I need, besides what comes with the top?

 

you should be good as long as you get the complete top, door surrounds and everything.

 

I done it I have an 08 and installed a 13 in mine. Make sure you get the metal brackets on the rear rollbar and the surrounds are different also other than that you are good to go the spring assist is so much better.

 

Solid advice in the two posts above. I have a 2012 soft top on my 2007.
