Default Will toe-out cause death wobble?

I just started having death wobble today. I went wheeling on saturday, and all has been well since. I drove all over today, and all was well. I went to the carwash, and right after that, I had DW. I slowed almost completely to a stop and started to go again, but it came right back. I had to pull over. It happened once more on the way home. I pulled apart my track bar, checked all the usual suspects. I drove it without the steering stabilizer and it DWed immediately. I got back and put everything back together and just stared at it hoping to get an idea. I noticed that my front tires were pointing away from each other. If i'm not mistaken, they are supposed to be pointing slightly toward each other. That's why they call it toe-IN. I tried to get measurements, but I couldn't get an accurate reading. I had my wife holding a straight edge while I measured and I think she kept moving it. Anyway... I will certainly check in to this further, but I realy don't want to drive it anymore until I get this figured out. The last time, It pushed me into oncoming traffic. plus I imagine that it would break more stuff as violent as it it. It's too dark and cold to keep going tonight, but I thought I'd throw it out there and hopefully get some expert opinions overnight.

I tried to get a couple of pics looking straight down at the tires. You can kinda see the angle of the tire against the fender flare.

this is the passenger side with the right side of the pic being the front of the vehicle

this is the driver's side with the left side being the front of the vehicle.

Any alignment problem will contribute to DW. Do you have an adjustable trac bar? Your axle is a little off center to the driver's side.
