Soft top, plastic windows. What is the best cleaning agent that does not streak? Simple Green, 303, window cleaner?

I use Bestop Vinyl Window Cleaner . Its kind of like waxing the window clear. I have not tried any other products.

for the soft top windows I use the Mopar soft top window cleaner. it works pretty good, and leaves no streaks. Our salesman gave us a bottle when we bought the JK.
As for the top, after a good washing with 303 fabric/vinal cleaner, I apply 303 aerospace protectant SPF40.

ive beeen using Novus lately, works good. its a 3 part polishing kit for plastic/ vinyl does a good job of getting the scratches out and keeps them looking pretty good for a while.

X2 on the Novus, got mine at the local Harley shop, works great on the windows. 303 is good for the top but kinda does something weird to the windows.
