For about $12, you can go to any auto store or walmart and buy windshield repair kits....fixes chips before they crack and are very easy to do. I have done this many times.....

i say get it fixed. as others have said most ins co will cover with zero deductable..

and actually at the car wash i take my work vehicles to lately there has been a company there and they check your car right after its washed and they will fix on spot. they deal with ins,, u just wait... now dont get me wrong its a killer way to boost biz, but its also convinent for the customer too..
