Default Windshield washer - HELP

Hi guys, my windshield washer is not working, just like my high speed wiper... low speed is OK...
Already tested the washer pump, fuse, and all of this OK...
When trying to turn it on using the Chrysler code reader (laptop at the ODB port) it does not work too, almost excluding a switch problem...
A fried said it could be the fuse box, cause it has some kind of electrical circuit, and this is messed up... what do you think about it?

More ideas?

Thanks

Could be a bad switch or relay. I'd hook up a switch ($2 at Walmart) and test to see if it works...
