I was just doing some research on this and found on a different forum someone referenced some sprayers form Autozone.

I had the same problem on my 12 JK. It had a single nozzle that hit really high. I tried putting three on, but the pump doesn't have enough volume. I installed a 13 JK nozzle that has two holes. The 13s also have dual nozzles, but it works much better than the original single nozzle. It is not prefect, but it is only one nozzle.
As far as tailgaters, I down shift two gears. Slowing down that much without brake lights normally makes them back off. Sometimes you have to do it twice.
