Default Wire Harnesses

I haven't driven my jeep for about a week now. I went out today to start it and nothing. I looked under the hood and it looks like something chewed up a couple of wire harnesses between the battery and the fuse box. Both wires to the EVAP purge valve are completely broken, and the big harness right below has some broken wires as well. I could not find the part number for the harnesses or parts I might need to fix it. All I could find is the engine harness which looks huge. Is there only 1 harness that connects everything under the hood? Any ideas on the best way to fix this?

Here are some pics; you can see it pretty good when you zoom in.

Really close to the connector too, which makes the repair harder. I personally would repair it rather than get a new harness. I'm not sure what the pins look like inside but you can remove them from the connector with a tool. Basically there are tabs on the connector pins (whether male or female) that spread out once the pins are inserted all the way into the connector from the outside. The tool is simply a properly sized hollow tube that slides over the pins to depress the tabs and allow the pins to be pulled out from the outside. Using that tool may allow you to reuse the pins. Otherwise they will probably get destroyed during removal (think squishing with needle-nose pliers). Once the pins are out, you could replace the damaged part of the wire, re-install the pins (or get new ones) and insert the pins back into the connector.

There are different styles of pins though but they can all be removed with the right tool.

Yes, as close to the connector that it is, I will probably need new pins. Anyone know where to get those?
