Default Wobble at 60 mph

Getting major wobble on passenger front wheel at 60 mph. Have recently changed front end steering including tie rod, draglink, track bar bushings, axle u-joints and wheel hubs. Found no play in pitman arm and ball joints did not budge.

Any ideas on what could be causing this wobble?

Is it only in a particular speed range right around 60mph? If you hit a pothole or bump at any speed, is the steering wheel solid or does a wobble ensue? Lots of times if it's something that is happening only in a narrow range of speed, tires(or balance) turn out to be the culprit. How did you check and judge the ball joints? Jack it up and with a shovel under the tire?

Put the spare on the suspect wheel location. It will prove out what Resharp mentioned.
