Default Wrong gears in JK

Was bought and ordered with 3:73's, build sheet has that listed also. When pulled part for the Aussie locker I looked at it and it was 14/45. Don't know why I botherd to do the math, but I done it and was pissed. Now when I decide to buy new gears I have to buy new carriers.

That would piss me off, too.

For those who want to know their axle gear ratios, and insist on going by the build sheet, take this case as good reason to jack a tire and check by the turn-and-count-driveshaft-turns method.

front carrier found for $49.99 plus shipping. Total THD is like $75. no biggie. I have not found a rear carrier yet. Well withing reason, I can buy a complete one from Jeep for 400+ and then a powertax or Aussie for 300 or so and damn I just paid for a real locker....um NO. Looks like I am going to be buying a locker for the rear and just pissing and moaning for a while over it.
