I've got them. I think they are some type of zipper alignment marks.

My g/f went to fashion school a number of years back and marks like this are pretty common on materials that need to be sewn together. Typically the marks are applied with chalk and will wear away or wash away.

Got them on mine too, I just figured it was some sort of alignment thing.
