And yes....another gas smell question. Please help.
Aloha all,
I have a 2009 JK Unlimited Automatic, Strange thing happened recently....The famous gas smell. Upon first initial start of the day, it starts up fine with no smell with either the a/c being on or off. But once I make a quick stop somewhere and kill the engine, as soon as i start the engine with the a/c on, I get a dose of raw gas smell. This only happens when the a/c is on. Ive checked all lines but no luck, checked gas cap, and top of fuel tank for any crack...still nothing. Im thinking that it may be the evap canister or fuel filter. Has someone else in here encountered this problem? Please let me know or if theres anything else I should check. Mahalos in advance!
