Smile Fender flares

Hello everyone I have a 2008 wrangler that blew a front tire and ripped the flare right off and damaged the liner as well, I found a set off of a 2016 wrangler I want to know if the fender flares off the 2016 would fit on my 2008?

Best way to tell is to check part numbers from 2008 to 2016. For the most part I do remember a small wiring routing past the inner on one side that made the inner slightly different but I am thinking you are ok to buy the 16's and if you are able to modify yourself then they should be a good fit. All the basics are the same such as fenders, inner fenders, shock towers etc so the big parts are identical. You may have to drill some new mount holes is about it. Also I cut mine east and west behind the shock tower to make them easier to get off for maintenance reasons.
