18" sahara tires- CT

I'm looking for some 18" tires for my Sahara rims let me know how much and how many miles I will drive to pick up

I have 4 255x70/18 Bridgestones with less than 100 miles on them.
Came off 2013 Sahara. Located in Nassau County, Long Island.
