Look at 4wd hardware.com they have a smitty built 3500 lbs class 4 for like $59, with wire harness and shipped its like $90. Its the same as the factory one and bolts on in 15 min

If it is only 3500 pounds how are some people running winch minted to hitch?

No idea but that's what the factory one is rated. If you are towing I don't think you need to worry about one any bigger cause a Jeep is a disaster waiting to happen pulling something 4000+ lbs
