I THINK it is called the kneeblocker panel... I am not sure. It is the odd rectangular panel that is below the lower steering wheel surround panel. It is a rubberized-type plastic and pops off easy (no screws... just rubber tabs that hold it in place). It is so you can access the infinity amp I think.
