Every year we go to Whistler and the North Shore (North Vancouver) to mountain bike for a week. I went once in Aug and we are planning another trip this next week. We will be staying on the North Shore Sept 13-16 and plan on riding Fromme, Cypress, and Seymour.

Is anyone into FR/DH riding that wants to show us around or help us shuttle? There will be two of us and we are both in our mid 30s and are decent riders. We will be staying at the Lynnwood.... yes, the Lynnwood. Its cheap.

I know the main trails, but would love someone to show us around. Here are some pics from last year.









We will be heading to Whistler for the rest of the week. If anyone wants to go along, we have a big condo and there is room for a couple more people. Let me know. It would be nice to have a couple more people in the group. I have a few other guys that will be meeting us in Whistler. It should be a good time.... bikes and beer.

 

If I lived out that way, I'd be in FOR SURE....I love that stuff.

 

I'll be interested. You should check out Eagle Ridge and the Woodlot though if you like built up stuff with flow.

too bad, i just left for school in ontario....no more mountains for me! if you are out there next summer i'll be around though. Have a good one, just get a trail map from one of the local stores and giver.

 

Ive got all the maps and I have ridden there before. I was just hoping for a little insight to where the new trails are. We will only have one car so it will be hard to do shuttles too. IT would be nice to meet up with some other riders.

 

Ive been to Golden but I have never ridden Mount 7. I have heard about the race and I have seen a few videos. This trip is the North Shore and Whistler.

I won't be riding due to an injury, but PM me if you want to hook up while in Whistler. I am in Whistler during the week, but will in down in Vancouver on the weekend.

 

I'll ride the Shore with you or if you want to check out some of the other mountains on the other side of Vancouver (what we call out in the valley) I can show you as well. Let me know what you want to ride and we'll make it happen.
