Very cool to hear you'll have a full cage option for JK owners...assuming the oem tops still work but will there be a way to reuse the speakers? I'm guessing no which is not a big deal but wondering just the same.
Yes, making the OEM tops continue to work on the final cage is a must, but we are still working on several different options for the JK full cage kits. Are you talking about the tweeters on the dash? If so, going through the dash (like we did on BEAST) is very doable, but also very labor intensive. I asked Jim about your question, and he replied:
"We have always tried to keep function part of the form of all our cages. We are prototyping different styles now and we will try and figure best ways to keep the factory form intact. Minor mods might need to be done to interior pieces to keep them in place. We really appreciate all your input on what you would like to see in the product."
Frankly (no pun intended), since we are a custom shop and really want people to get exactly what they specifically want, we will most likely end up with several different full cage JK kits, such as through the dash, in front of dash, and beside the dash plate-type installs.
Anyway, and bottom-line, tell us what you want, and we will build it...!
Thanks,
Dave

We got the opportunity to help out our friends at Road Race Motorsports by working on their front Dana 60 that is going into their KOH race car.

Speaking of trusses for the JK, Artec makes a great one. Here is one of Artec's complete front axle armor kits for the JK. It comes with the truss, c-gussets, LCA skids, and a beefed up trac bar bracket. We have been installing a lot of these lately and they are great:
