Guys , can we keep this thread on track please. As most of you know MBRP is a diesel exhaust manufacturer , it sure would be nice to be able to open this thread without seeing video of a competitor within the exhaust and diesel industry here is our project build thread.

As for this Jeep belching black smoke...... its a fully mechanical 12V with 600 HP, yes it will have some black smoke, nothing like the pics that have been posted here on the forums tho.

Keep in mind to those of you who are concerned with diesel emission....... I personally run a 2010 Dodge with the DPF in place ...... would I like to remove this and gain 8 - 9 MPG and have a way more powerful daily driving diesel, YES . We do not remove DPF's here are our factory and we do not offer DPF deletes through our distribution centers. So yes we here at MBRP do our best to support clean diesel when we can rest assured...... now back to our little diesel JK build project..... THX MB

The distance between the rails is more than we thought it might be .

We will have to mod the firewall due to the length of the cummins and I have have a feeling getting twin turbos and the 4" exhaust pipe down under the truck is going to be fun but we think it can be done.

Are you running an intercooler with the turbo's? I know the '97 12V (or at least the one in my fathers 3500) run an intercooler for the single turbo. Integrating that might require a little room to breath as well.

17" longer than stock so .... 133" overall. we are hoping that with the 46 " Tires and the Portal axles the extra ground clearance will more than make up for the additional WB
