Default EVO 1/4 Pounder

@ EVO

I have a question about mounting the front bumper. It appears in the pictures that some people opt to remove the front frame crossmember that travel parallel to the bumper that is located just below and behind the factory bumper.

First, am I seeing this correct? Also is there any tips in removing it? Or and drawbacks to not having it?

Thanks in advance!

its not an option, its a requirement to run the high clearance bumper. Just use a sawzall or cut off wheel.
