Rock Krawler KOH 2014 Build Under Way
Sorry for not replying in a while... We have been so busy it has been crazy. Testing and tuning this thing in the sub zero temperatures has not been a lot of fun.
We will be running our 2 5/8 Coil Overs and New 2 5/8 Bypass Shocks on each corner.

Currie Fabbed 9's front and rear with Nitro Gear 3rd Members, Detroit Lockers, 4.88 gears, and Currie Pinion Guards will be performing out axle duties.

Our dash is like our products - as simple as possible. Nothing fancy, just reliable and the info we need to keep the vehicle moving...

The LJ is completely wrapped in proven Poison Spyder Armor and high line kit.......

We think it turned out pretty well and hope to do well at KOH. We have a lot of new products in this vehicle to test out... That will keep us on our toes..

We may have crossed the finish line about 20 minutes after time ran out to place in the EMC race for KOH but we set out with a goal to finish and that is exactly what we did. It wasn't the smoothest road to get there but we were able to pull it out with the help from everyone.
First we would like to thank everyone that rooted for us in this endeavor. Next we need to thank the entire crew at Poison Spyder Customs, Inc. for all their help throughout the week and use of their main pit, the crew from Absolute Offroad for coming out and helping with everything, the entire sPOD crew for setting up the remote pits and all their help through out the week, the crew from BAS Offroad, Falken Tire, Method Race Wheels, Rigid Industries - LED Lighting, Magnaflow, Savvy Off Road,Nitro Gear & Axle, Factor 55, Trek Armor, Daystar Products International, Bedell Racing Engines, Ken Jewett's Transmission svc llc, Big Bear Racing, Crown Automotive Sales Co Inc.
Also special thanks goes out to Derek Sanderson and his family, Bud Adams, David Hanson, Damon Flippo, Josh Carter, Ken Jones and anyone else we have forgotten!

Some of you may have also noticed that we had a sticker on our KOH LJ and some of our chase rigs. Not to long ago a good friend to us and our local Jeep community, Jonathan Graham passed away in an unfortunate accident. He left behind his newly started family. He loved anything jeep and would have jumped at a chance to be out in the desert for KOH so we took one of his favorite hats for a ride through the entire race in honor of him. Here is a little clipping from his obituary...
"A former resident of Schenectady and Clifton Park, Jonathan and his family recently moved to Flowery Branch, GA. He was a line haul driver for FedEx Freight. Jonathan was a proud Marine having served two combat tours in Iraq with Marine Unit MSSG-24 and also participated in many peacekeeping missions worldwide. Jonathan was the loving husband of Kristi Miller Graham and the proud father of Jack Jonathan Graham. He had a love for life and would not hesitate to help a person in need. He was a true family man and friend."
Jon was a great man and a great friend. He loved his Country, The Marines, his family and friends, his Jeep, and rock n roll. He really was one in a million, and will be missed by all.

Here is a few more pictures of the LJ in the race and also a short highlight video.
