Default Fox ats steering stabilizer failure

Out this past weekend wheeling with some buddies and heard a pop. We were up at marbles and Cleghorn ; I was on marbles turning off a ledge and heard it. Got out low and behold the bracket broke clean off I was disappointed and pissed at the same time because most of you know how expensive these things are. I called up fox today trying to get answers they wanted pictures of the failure, I went as far as talking the decal off to show them that the stabilizer did not suffer a impact from a rock, or that it was improperly installed it was tucked nicely up out of the way. We shall see tomorrow what they gotta say I'll keep you posted.

A double sheer set up would be a much stronger mount.

ID:	544340. The only thing that I can think of that would create it to bind and break is improper install where it is at its limit on either end prior to the steering reaching its limit. The added steering would put pressure in this area and could in theory snap it. The install instructions cover off on getting it properly adjusted. Yours looks like it was been installed for while so you would think you would have noticed the limited steering in one direction if it was in fact not adjusted properly

It was measured and installed properly after I wheel I always take it to 4wheel parts to have the steering check and aligned. .....I don't like paying the 150.00 but I like piece of mind plus they have the equipment to line it up perfectly straight.

Good to see they are taking care of you, even after you admitted to driving offroad. LOL
