Just filed my complaint. My air bag light started coming on mid Janurary. I read thru a few of these threads. I just got my JKU back from the dealership after a warranty rear diff rebuild. Yet another item bad on my list with this Jeep.

Thanks for putting up the link.

Filed my complaint 2 minutes ago. My 2008 JKU Sahara started at 75,000miles. Got my complaint number via email... How can we see a number count to complaints?

I just paid to have my clockspring replaced because I'm 3 months outside of warranty coverage. I filed an unnecessarily lengthy complaint with the NHTSA/ODI. Anyone who hasn't already done so, file a complaint, get the investigation going for the rest of us JK owners who don't have covered model years/drive side configurations. Mine is a 2010 LHD btw.

Oh and to answer the question above, check the odi website for associated complaints if you want a running tally of the very few official complaints that have been filed.

My airbag light started going off a few months ago on my '08 when I left it outside when it was below zero. For once I got something out of my extended warranty. The clockspring was replaced. I also had them replace my 5 changer CD radio that kept giving me the mechanical error. All done in one day, $100 deductible and my clock in the new radio doesn't lose time anymore.

Default '08 Clockspring

Filed a complaint yesterday with the nhtsa. I also called Crysler and was told the same as most, "My VIN was not captured as one with any issues regarding the clockspring and not covered on a recall." They made a formal complaint, or so I was told, that would be filed and passed up.

What are the symptoms of a bad clock spring. I have my esp traction control and abs light all on with code c1210. Some guys think it's cause of a bad click spring?

Just filed.

Have the extended warranty and my dealer stated it wasn't covered under it so five bills went out to pay for it. Hopefully this comes through and get that money back.

There goes my new wheels/tire savings......
Dealer replaced my 07 under the extended warranty for $100. Chrysler sent me a check for $100 since it was covered under the recall.
