$14 for tree savers, $25 on snatch blocks, recovery straps starting at $17... the list goes on.

Up north, unfortunately yes and this is the case with pretty much every winch. My recommendation on winches is as follows.

On every winch, prior to installing, coat the terminals that go from the control box to the winch motor with battery anti-corrosion spray. This is the red stuff that you put on your battery terminals under the hood. Occasionally spray penetrating oil on any moving parts such as the clutch disconnect lever. This keeps the parts moving freely as well as preventing corrosion. If you are running steel cable, it is also a very good idea to occasionally use some penetrating oil on the line as well. Keeping your winch clean and occasional wipe downs with penetrating oil will keep them looking good for years to come. If you're running a winch cover, it is very important to do this as well. A cover protects the winch from the elements to a point, but the same properties that keep most the crud out also has a tendency to keep the crud that makes it past it trapped inside. Same concept on shock boots and why I do everything I can to keep people from buying shock boots... except a winch cover is easy to remove for cleaning whereas a shock boot is not.

Chris- All the winches ship out yesterday? Just trying to guesstimate when I should start keeping an eye out for mine.

Off topic- buddy called to order a bumper and they said you weren't in sales anymore, get a new position? If so congrats!

The last of the winches went out today, so I think everyone should be getting them next week. There may be a straggler in there because holiday shipping transit times aren't the most reliable.

I've never officially been on the sales side. I try to make myself as available as time allows me though. I head up the offroad division here and have my hands in a bit of everything from marketing, product development, installations, working with data, vendor relations, social media, emptying the trash... I've been trying to dedicate as much of my time lately to getting our new website and platform off the ground. It will be a HUGE improvement!

You give me way too much credit. There's not much there to pick, but thank you!
