Springs????
Does anyone know if factory springs from a '04 grand will fit and be ok on a '98? Reason I ask is because I already have them in the shed and the springs on my '98 are hammered. Thanks.

I thought about that. But after a short ride down an un-improved dirt road I've realized that not only the springs, but the shocks, and steering all need to be replaced. This is not my wheeling rig, just my DD. The wife is driving the JK for her DD. I don't want to put a ton of money into the Grand, but it looks like it needs some love.

No, they are not the same.
The XJ and ZJ can interchange springs.
ZJ springs front and rear are the same and can be swapped back and forth, this will alter ride height.
The WJ springs are not interchangeable with the ZJ.
Back in the day, you could take a 8" Rock Ready XJ spring and put it in the front of the ZJ and end up with 6" of lift. Move a 3" ZJ lift spring to the rear and end up with about 6.5" of lift in the rear.
