I bought 6 KC lites from AutoAnything.com and although they don't tecnically have a military discount but if you do the live chat they may give you one! I just had to tell them i was an active duty marine and they gave me a code for 15% off! Ended up saving close to $75! Very happy with them!

I think that we need to start a new thread with a compiled list as the first post and someone responsible for updating the list as we find new places. Only if we can get it stickied though. I don't mind being responsible for the list but it's not really worth it unless it's stickified.

Everywhere I go, or anything I buy, I ask for a military discount. Some places don't even have one established but will usually knock off 10%. I bought my whole lift from RC and he gave me a huge discount on the phone, same with 4WP. Usually if you do orders on the phone, you will get the biggest discount and "barter" a little bit too. Most places will also accept a picture of your Mil ID sent to their email, so you don't have to scan it.

Just ask!

I think it depends on what you order. I'm compiling a list of things to order from Dave at Northridge. A lot of it is AEV stuff which he cannot discount, however, he did say that he'll discount anything else and throw in free Northridge swag. Not sure what is included in the swag, but definitely look forward to placing my order. Dave has been very helpful answering all my dumbass newbie questions.

Also, for those of you looking at buying a new Jeep while overseas, I wrote up a post on my experience buying from the overseas exchange car sales program and how I saved about $8k. Click the link below.

Also, for other gear, cheek out promotive.com. You have to setup an account with a military email address, but there are some great deals.

Both Oreilly and auto zone stores I've been to around Fort Lewis give 10% to military. Dave at Northridge hooked me up with a good deal when I called and ordered my lift and other parts from Baghdad. If your in the Fort Lewis area El Mariachi in Yelm has great Mexican food and makes a mean margarita as well as a military discount. The Cabelas in Lacey offers a military discount as well.

Went to 4WDH yesterday in Columbiana to get two pairs of wheel adapters. I asked the salesman if they give military discounts and he told me the price wasn't "jacked up enough" on what I got.

There's a fair amount of military friendly vendors on militaryjeepers.com

Open to past and present service members.
