The say Cudas are one of the best tasting fillets. I catch and release them, as I fear the "ciguatera" disease. Cudas eat fishes which feed from reefs and may have the ciguatera...
Reminds me of the time we were fishing just off the coast of San Diego and I caught this tiny little barracuda.....I don't think it was more than 12" long. Was wondering.....do you eat the cuda too? I would think they'd be nothin' but bones...

im way behind on pics, so this is a few from over the last month...big and small.

(she baited her own hook, cast it, hooked it, reeled it in)
Aedyn and 39" Red
This splashed up onto my jacket when the surf was thrashing the rocks pretty hard.
Little ugly fish Kaedynce caught
