Oh man, I'm glad the 2 we saw weren't that big... I guess they only come out at night when they are really hungry and they eat like crazy. Apparently, whatever they eat stays in them a while and makes them huge until they have digested. 
Yeah, the youtube vids are crazy. They are actually not a spider or a scorpion, but they are part of the Arachnid family. I flung it off the tent with my front license plate! 
Ya, you can see like 50 youtube videos of them fighting other insects & lizards! I am not a big fan of spiders, I really think that I would golf club the hell out of one them if I saw one near me! I can't remember really well, but they are actually not even a spider, I think. I think they are actually apart of the scorpion family(I think).

Spiders don't usually get to me. Unless they are in the house it's a live and let live situation, but THAT thing in the picture underneath....
That would freak the crap out of me. I can handle spiders that look like spiders, but that thing looks like the devil with 8 legs.
