You just need a bigger RV to handle all the weight of the JK...LOL
Actually I ordered a toybar so I could pull my JK behond my 40-foot toyhauler
It'll be a long train but a fun one at that.

I tow mine, don't remember all the stuff I use, but it is an easy pull. You do notice it on mountains when going up though. I have the brake system that is built into the jeep and totally love it. Takes about 30 seconds to set up or turn off. My tow bar folds up to the motor home bumper and connects in 5 min or less to the Jeep.
Do I like it?
Any complaints?

I am on my 3rd motorhome and my 4th JEEP. Towed all of them 4 wheels on the ground NO problems. Started with a 51 Willes and a 77 Allegro 28 foot motorhome. Bought a 92 Jeep Wrangler. Changed the 77 to a 92 Pace Arrow 36 foot motorhome. Kept the 92 Wrangler but bought a 2003 Rubicon. Traded in the 92 Pace in 05 for a 2005 Monaco Cayman diesel pusher 38 foot. Kept the 92 Wrangler and the 03 Rubicon and traded in the wifes 96 GMC Suburban for 2009 4 door Unlimited Rubicon. Very with all of them. Can tow any one of the Jeeps behind my Motorhome. Will try to get some pictures and figure out how to post them.

Hello, I flat tow my 2009 JK 2 door behind my Winnebago Diesel pusher with a Blue Ox tow bar and a Modified Smittybilt front winch bumper. I purchased a Blue Ox tow plate to fit the JK and then cut the tow pin recievers off and had them welded to the front of my Smittybult bumper at a 24" spacing. The tow pins slip in as on the original tow plate, I hook the Blue Ox tow bar to the bumper via the pins and reciever, hook up the electrical, put it in 4th gear, the transfer case in neutral and down the road we go. It pulls great and its a joy to have my Jeep when we arrive at out destination. I have towed it to the Outer Banks, Myrtle Beach, Charleston, Orlando, and Niagra Falls with NO problems. Good luck with your towing and have a great safe time. I can shoot you some pictures if you need them.

I tow mine behind my motorhome with the Blue Ox tow bar and adapter for Roadmaster brackets. Also using the Brakemaster 9160 w/brakeaway. If anybody is interested I've got an NVision tpms system w/10 sensors for sale.
