Default Red/Coyote Lake 7-30-11

Thinking of camping overnight 30-31st of July pending the trail being open.
I will not go alone, so if your not busy that weekend maybe we could go and camp.
Let me know. I should get info for sure after this weekend if will be open. I'm kinda floating this out there

Bondsy, My son Vince (modestoperandi) and I were planning to head up that way the night of the 28th. Our hope was that Dusy Ershim would be open and we could start running it on the early morning of the 29th. I guess that is looking like wishful thinking based on your posts. So, if Dusy is closed, Coyote looks like a good alternative. Let me talk to Vince and get back to you.

Let me know. There will most likely be a lot of people heading up there. That usually is the case the first couple weeks of opening. But there are a lot of places to camp close to the trail.
