How about some background info on what the complaint is. You will get a better response this way.

Needed to replace the valve stem on one of my tires. It is a TPMS. Dealership said that they had the replacement part in stock when I called them yesterday. When I went this morning to have the work done, the mechanic, who took it all apart, said it was the "old style" TPMS and couldn't be taken apart to replace the valve stem (also they don't stock the part). I was in a bit of a rush and said OK to replacing the whole sensor. When I paid the bill, I asked for the old part and took it apart right in front of the service advisor. I mentioned that the valve stem is a 5 dollar part and that coming into the dealership now cost me double the original quote. Later I spoke to the General Manager who said that because I OK'd the work there wasnothing he would do about it. The service advisor and parts person were great. Not the first time I had a bad experience with this dealership

You can always call Chrysler/Jeep customer relations Canada. 1-800-465-2001 May not make a difference but you can always try.

This issue has since been resolved folks (and I have a spare TPMS now). I learned a valuable lesson from it too. I really should have re-named this thread, but......
The complaint wasn't really with the dealership so much as it was with it's owner/GM. The service and parts staff were just fine.

Did that and they said that any issue regarding the "retail" of stuff within a dealership is totally independant from Chrysler.

I can tell you Chrysler takes these very serious. I had an issue and Chrysler was all over them. The dealer called me on one knee looking to make it right

I tried all avenues with my complaint about the dealership not tightening my lock nut, which went missing and was charged for new ones after 2500 miles,( Called BBB, Chrysler and others) the only thing the deal did for me was to discount the price ( but not by much).. there are also some folks in this forum who think they own the place and will leave you with anegative comment ( I think they work for dealerships). A ligitamate complaint should be posted, as well as the dealership.. I am now just staying away from the dealer on Albion road and Kipling ( Not the first time Ive been had by that dealership with other Chrysler vehicles..) Maybe we should start a forum on dealerships and rate them by stars..
