I don't think the mid march one is going to happen i was out there a week ago the only way ur getting around is with a snowmobile

this is the most snow i have seen out there in 20yrs in this time or year

and i don't know how much uwes have driven off road in deep snow but it is slow and u smell the jeep cooking and back axle hop is annoying.

I know there can be a lot of water back there as well in the spring march till may

there seems to be no events as well in the cool spring either

I would like to get a consensus of who would be interested in an end of march run depending on conditions 1 week prior to the date.

It would be great to get a bunch of JK out just to meet and chat and learn

let me know

That last big snow storm we had, we actually went out to the trails in the middle of the night to see how the JK's would perform. Snow was 2-3 ft deep. It was slow but a lot of fun!

fluffy stuff is different from the hard pack that is the foundation here
the hard pack is like 1.5 feet deep on the trails an lot of back up and go then back up and go again.
not really fun
yes the new snow can be fun i live on 31 acres with a couple of short trails and a big area for hill climbing going up hill is nearly impossible due to hard pack and ice below snow.
