i guess i dont know anything about jeeps
According to the tech at my dealership. I was in there 3 months ago for a seal on my front driver side axel they repaired it along with other stuff all under warranty cool then it started again they changed it told me I put too much fluide in there I was like kiss my ass no fucking way so it goes under warranty again now I leave Montreal to mississaiga and leaking again after they claimed they drained it and put the correct amount in. now another trip back after I told them pull the shaft see if its bent or if there's any scoring from the bearings. Sometimes I wonder do these guys have their cards that work on our cars or jeeps ?

Matt let us know later what's the problem
I'm curious about that
To find the problem, I bet that they will have to change the engine and the transmission

I have my personnal black list of local dealers...

All the dealers have to hire now are people trainable enough to become "parts replacers". It's a sad but true fact. They don't let any mechanics think for themselves anymore. They are simply told what to do by Chrysler over the internet. Some bean countin high brow engineer gettin paid four times what he's worth callin the shots probably a thousand miles away from your Jeep. Makes perfect sense.
Question
If my axel is bent out of wack even slightly would I be able to feel this? I know that at hwy speeds this would destroy inner outer seals quickly and eventually wear the bearings down and out as well and I doubt that being over by 200ml would blow my seals
Any suggestions

Seriously, a friend had the same problem with his Rubicon TJ 2005. You can't feel it, but it makes a little sound like a bad bearing.
