Default JKJam 2010 raises $2104 for Charity

Well JKJam was a great success again this year.
We had fantastic weather (best I've ever seen here on Sat)
A Big thank you to everyone who came out to the event. I hope everyone enjoyed themselves, met some new friends and hopefully learned or at least practiced a few things.
Thanks to the Sponsors and Vendors who could attend.
The three silent Auctions brought in $536.00
I hope everyone enjoyed the additions to the offroad confidence course. Hopefully it can be put to more use than just this annual event.

The one thing that I wish I had done differently is to have had my camera with me on friday.
I saw so many people beaming as they went thru some of the obstacles and wish I had caught those moments to share here.
I would like to post many on the event website so I am asking for people to post them please. Last year we got lots of scenery, but not very many of people. Hopefully we will get more of them this year.

Thanks again to everyone

Thumbs up

Rob, Thanks to you and Scott and all the rest of the volunteers. You guys did a great job again. Special thanks to Scott for being a host and allowing al of us to invade you property.
This was my second year and hopefully many more to come.......

Nathan was the photographer for the weekend, I'll see what shots an 8 year old can get. lol

I had to duck out early Sunday morning (a very cranky kid woke up at 6:30 and was whinning, alot. So we packed up and headed out.)

Default 1st off road adventure

I had a great time. Thanks for making it a great weekend adventure for my daughter and I. Met some really great people and hope to be on the trails again with them soon. I came home with some great stuff. Looking forward to next year.

Take care,

David

Many thanks to Rob and Scott (and lots of others behind the scenes for sure) for organising such a great event. Great to meet you all and looking forward to seeing you again next year.

Here is a video of the trail. I forgot to turn the camera on for the decent stuff (and the lovely ladies!). Maybe next time JL!

Had an awesome time!!! Saturday was great, no bugs, sunny but not to hot, lots of great people. Just wish the wife and kids could have made it, they would have had a ball (still want to get the wife out on the coarse someday). Think i almost liked the convoy through Madoc (hometown) as much as the trail. All those jeeps really got everyone in town talking (hey its Madoc, not much goes on here lol). Was fun meeting all the fellow jeepers. Thanks to all the organizers was a great event!!!! Now what was that about a Halloween run...........

Amazing sunset that night luv the picture

x3-4 on the thanks to Rob and Scott and all the others who help put the weekend together. The Jeep 101 session was a perfect intro and confidence builder for me, the trail run on Saturday couldn't have been better. OK maybe more mud . . .

My son and I had a blast, learned a lot, met some great people and want to go again.

Plus the weekend supports a great charity!
