Once they install the new tube I will be reinforcing it with tubing and gussets I have told the dealer that today..and they said it will void the warranty on the new axle tube................ and I frigging started to laugh my ass off.......really..........................I literally....right then....... fell on the floor laughing so hard.........

my ass just dropped off?...right there on the floor.?


Who new that an ass could just come off like that? Or even more rare would be an axle housing splitting into two....?

It doesnt matter at all anyway, since they wouldnt honour any warranty since they know you drove it offroad once.

for just the tube good thing your ass is on the floor because so you can't feel the f@#king up it sorry Rod but if all they are doing is replacing the tube for that amount I wold be rethinking my options for that price

I changed of dealer 6 months ago. My new dealer is mod. friendly. Look at different dealers in your area.

 

That's bull, are you saying its gonna be almost 4gs total (including what the dealer is paying for) just to replace the tube? They had better be replacing the whole axel for that price!

 

I was at Rock Spyder today talking with Jim, this has become such a common thing with these breaking they now have kits out to reinforce the tube internally to increase it to 1/2" thickness so unless you popped the hub off and axle out you'd never know it wasn't stock...

 

Did he quote you a price on this??

Or are they just getting you a housing and transfering all your internals over to it?
