stand by JK Jam coming
I'm dipping a toe in
looking for thoughts for a JK weekend extravaganza
early bird camping Friday night.
a trail run hosted by Overland expeditions on a Sat
camping (really rough camping) on my private land
and then a tour of Point Petrie with a mild run and swimming in the lake with a BBQ on Sunday at the point
then back and pack up at 5 ish send ya on ur way hungry for home
weather will not be taken into account
bring everything u will need as if you were on your own and decided to camp on the trail
Sat night dinner in town,
smores and what not that you bring satnight around the camp fire
this is not a free for all
this was going to be an invitation (to the core group) only event for the camping but i'm opening it up to JK owners keyword here is owners not drivers or someone under dad's insurance.your children are welcome everyone is expect to conduct themselves and their guests accordingly as mature members of society
All the trail rules apply.
So with that out of the way we are looking at July 4th 5th 6th
if you need or want amenities there are hotels and real camp grounds in the area
yes you can come along just for the trail runs and not camp
more details to follow as i work on the logistics but for now if that date works and u wish to attend the trails and camping please indicate if you are "camping" or "not camping" just doing the trail run
ask questions if ya got them!

Sounds like a great idea, I'd be in for sure!
Camping sounds like fun also. Is the caming for the Friday and Saturday at the same location? Can we leave everything set up or need to pack it all up Saturday morning?
