where can a get a lift done around Windsor/essex county?
I am looking for somewhere to get a 2" budget lift done. I drive back and forth to work and I have plans to do any major off-roading. Just want it for looks.
Anyone know where to go around Windsor/Essex county?
Has anyone tried TNT Custom in Tilbury (@ Tilbury Chrylser)??
Thanks!

i am going to be doing a 2-2.5" this summer hopefully and from what i have learned on here it is very easy to do it yourself with basic tools...brotherika on here is from Windsor as well and he had someone local do his Rock Krawler 3.5" lift...you may want to ask him
If you can turn a wrench you can do it your-self.. It's not difficult at all.. And it's a great way to get to know your jeep. If you really want to make it easy on your self and do it, pick up a set of spring compressors from PA

I hate to say it and it shouldn't matter....i'm a chick!
My husband rolls his eyes when I talk about lifts/rims/off roading etc.... So it might be better to pay someone to do it.

Any repair shop should be able to look after that suspension work for you. Mufflerman, Midas, etc. A couple of phone calls should give you an idea of what the cost would be.
Maybe contact the Windsor Jeep Club and see if they have any deals going on with local shops.

If you join your local club it will pay off HUGE... You will get access to lots of knowledge, help, and meet people that are into the same stuff.
The London club has been a massive help for me. I was new to the Jeep world and my fellow members helped me do basically everything on my JKU so far (including axle reinforcing, spacer lift and then a coil lift, electronics, winch install, etc), and for only beer and pizza, and the promise to help out the next Jeeper that needs a hand. I have learned lots about my Jeep this way too.
Get under it yourself, you won't regret it one bit! There are plenty of girls in our club that can do lots of work on their own Jeeps... so can you.
You may even find you change your mind about going off the beaten path...

Got my tires at Heritage on Tecumseh Rd near Parent.
Good deal and they run well without the lift but i would recommend the 1.5 TF leveling kit. My dealer had no issue with the kit or the 33 km2's. They clear well but I did not go to 12.5 width because I am looking at the 3 inch with 35's and regearing.
Not sure on the rims but I would bet if you talk with Mike he could put a good pkg. together.
