I just got done last week making 15 pounds of jerky.....froze most of it

Truly one of a kind! By using the prefect blend of Chipotle, Habanero and Jalapenos mixed with black, red and cayenne pepper you get inferno - you adjust the heat.

Each kit seasons up to 15 lbs. of whole meat, 11 lbs. of ground. Kit includes one package of cure, one package of seasoning, a shaker bottle for easy mixing and detailed instructions.

It has the best flavor and just the right spice to make you want to eat it all....lol

I got lazy once, and after trying Alegro Meat Marinade (bought at Kroger and Wal-Mart) with just a little tiny extra salt, I STOPPED making my own...
That stiff is the BOMB DIGITY DOG, and it is awesome on Sirloin too.
