May I make a recommendation for a possible meeting place? There are a lot around with larger parking lots: Hooters. I know the one in Wyomissing would accomodate a good group of Jeeps. Just tell the wife or significant other we'll be looking at Jeeps more.

Besides, I need to update my picture.

Hooters was on the short list of possible locations. Also Beverly Hills tavern's beach bar or maybe even the Railroad House. I guess the "scenery" would be best at Hooters.

At that time of day, there would be nothing at Al's worth spending the money on. We'd be the only one's there and those girls would bleed us all dry....and not in a good way. Trust me, I've fallen into that trap a few too many times. Now if anyone wants to stick around a little later and then go, that's a different story.

I think it's safe to say there is enough interest to move on with the planning. I wasn't expecting this many replies this soon, especially with EJS at Rausch this past weekend. We could set this up in mid-May. Does Saturday the 14th sound good? I think our two best options for location are Hooters in Wyomissing or Beverly Hills Tavern. They have a really nice, big outdoor beach bar and also a large parking lot. Google Beverly Hills Tavern Sinking Spring, PA to see some pictures of what its like. I think we all know what Hooters is like. I haven't been there in a while, but I think they also have an outdoor seating area, but I'm not sure if it's covered. Pete, please correct me if I'm wrong on that. You guys think about it and let me know which you prefer.

Beverly Hills Tavern would be a great spot. BIG parking lot and best of all a big sand pit for the kids to play in (beach volleyball court) while the adults enjoy the outside bar.

We'd be in if it were a Sunday afternoon, I think we have a Tball game scheduled for every Saturday in May.
