Well, I just got thrown a curveball. I called in the headcount to the general mgr at beverly hills today. She proceeded to inform me that they have a private party booked for sunday, and the entire outdoor and indoor deck area is booked. I guess the guy I talked to a couple weeks ago didn't know about it. So I'm gonna make the call and move the location down the road a mile or so to the railroad house. I have a message in for the mgr there to see if we can reserve most of the deck section for our group. The bartender I spoke to doesn't seem to think it's going to be a problem. Don't worry, it's a pretty nice place, the deck area is covered, and the parking lot is more than big enough. The food is very good and drinks are cheaper than Beverly Hills. Also a dozen or so HD tv's with almost any game you might want to watch. We can move the start time back an hour since it seems like it would work out better for a lot of you guys. I'm gonna PM everyone on the list to make sure that they know about the location change. Please reply back so I know you got the message. I don't want anyone showing up at the old place and going home. I'm on my cell now, so I'll update the original post with the new address when I get home.

shoot i wish i had seen this earlier, ill be around for 5 weeks starting the 22nd, so im gonna have to pass on this one but definitely in for next time!

I know this place well. Still plan on going. Just have to see if the girl can come too.

 

OH! I've seen this place cutting across from Columbia to Penn. Looks interesting.

 

I heard back from the mgr at the Railroad House today. They are going to reserve a section of the outer deck for us. It should be enough seating for 25-30 people. The food there is pretty good, so make sure you come hungry....and thirsty!

 

Railroad House kicks ass. Its an awesome place...the switch may actually be a great thing. Looking forward to putting some faces to names!
