local gear shop - charlotte, nc
wanting to trade up to 4.10s. they are on there way(got from a member), but i cant find a place to install them. the local jeep dealership will install them for about $1300 if i bring in the gears.
any suggestions?

I am having mine done by No Limit Offroad.net, they are in Hasrrisburg. Quoted me $1300 including gears, going from 4.10 to 5.13. They are doing mine on Thursday.
I have quotes from all the shops I could fnd in the area. All iniclude gears.
Carolina Rock Shop (Only works on Saturday)= $1500
Alpha = 1475
Tarheel 4wd= 1670
4 wheelparts= 1800

what ever you do do NOT use Galloways in Richfield, they screwed up 2 sets of 4.88's in someones jk, drove the jeep 300+ miles while they had it "in" the shop over memorial day weekend.

Galloways has a horrible reputation in the area. The only thing they're good for is buying tires, and hard to find parts. Other than that stay away.
