Running 33s with no lift only nets out to lifting your ass about what, 1/2" higher over stock?
A 2.5" lift with 33s gets your axles up .5" and the rest of you up about 3". Way less bottoming out?
If you were being rhetorical, disregard.

Suppose the point was, that if you're going to lift, go with one that will let you run 35's and flex/stuff. 33's will, as many on this site have posted, get old or not satisfy and you'll end up getting 35's anyway.
I personally am going to go with a 4.5 AEV and 35's to begin, may go 37's later. But with that lift - and it's only $75 more than the 3.5 - will allow me the flexability to change in the future.
A small BB or 2.5 spring lift, while cheaper, will not allow you to increase tire size without adding more lift later.
Just my 2cents...

I have a 2.5 inch BB and Rubicon suspension components and easily fit the 33's and never rubbed on Saturday. I do have plenty of room for 35's (with flattening out the pinch seam in the rear wheel well) and I will be going to them when these tires wear out. I personally like mud more than rocks, so I don't really need all the flexing. I did all of the obstacles except the big rock garden, but I did do the smaller one and that was plenty of rocks for my liking. This is my daily driver and don't need it smashed up on big boulders.
+2 on not mashing up the DD
I really like the look of 35s but am not too keen on dropping the dolla dolla bills for a re-gear, new driveshaft, cv boots/joints, etc etc that come when you put on the 35s.
We'll see...

I haven't used a shop in a long time, so I can't vouch for any lately. There are some out there though - Hi Dust and Pungo Off Road are the two that come to mind. I also think there is an Eastern Off Road.
I have had my Jeep for about a month now, bought it recently while I was deployed I am looking at putting 33"s on my 2011 sport I want to do the lift but I dont want to get screwed out of my extended warrenty has anyone had problems with getting warrenty work done with a lift in the Hampton roads area.
Took the dog out for a ride on the Shoe Creek Trial. It was a beautiful day and nice to get out in the woods for a little. The trail was a nice easy ride nothing to challenging which was good since it was just me and the dog.
