The Mount Zion Offroad connection was the first thing I thought of when it happened. I was less than a mile from their shop. When we drove past, they had no less than 5 Wranglers parked out front with no doors on . I'll have to ask them their opinion of the local Fuzz next time I stop in there. I'm sure they hear quite a bit of stories from their customers.

FYI for those that live in pa and want to ride doors off. It is legal. the law the cops use is for inspection ONLY and is a fightable. Jersey is the same way, no law against it but they must be on for inspection only. Cops that write tickets for it in jersey usually get them thrown out when you mention NHTSA.

Also, contact NHTSA, they have the testing results for side impact without doors and it passed.

Just park on site at the fair grounds. There is plenty of space and it is free

I'll be heading up there too on Saturday. My first time so I'm trying to figure out how much $$$ to bring to blow on jeep stuff. My wife will be with me - it may help me control my spending urges ...

No......you will be fine. The ticket they hand out up here in PA is an inspection ticket. Your vehicle isn't registered or inspected in PA, so they can't do anything to you.
