I know there are multiple camping spots along the trail (im guesstamating the number bc I didnt count them but 4-5). There is one larger spot at the bottom of the trail, 1 near slick rock, and 2-3 somewhere around mid trail. I am also going to call crab tree falls and see if they are willing to do something, just so there is a backup plan in place. The only thing Im worried about with camping on the trail is being able to fit everyone into one site, and if there are campers/off roaders that already claimed spots. The camp site at the bottom end was probably the largest.
Haha then I will volunteer as the community tent. I am about 6'5" with a two door (with a soft top) and a girlfriend tagging along if she doesn't have to work. Maybe I haven't had the Jeep long enough to be a "true Jeeper"
I think it is all just open camping spots there. There are a few places to camp, especially in crabtree falls area.
Bear in mind that I have a 2dr and that I'm around 6' tall, maybe a scoche over. Well.......last time I went out 4wheeling and camping I slept in the jeep. I fit my clothes in the back and refreshments on the floor of the jeep. I did have all of the food in a community tent though.
So you may not need a tent and camper if you're ready to rough it out like real jeepers
and you 4dr guys have it easy
As it stands now, I will not be in attendence. I have a store opening so I may be busy. We'll see how things pan out.

. Also cornhole boards will be coming with me(I know Anthony is itching to play lol).
Don't listen to Karl, he is full of negativity and has a jeep that feels neglected! As for a hammock/end of November weather, ugh.... Good luck with that! As for camping sites, I passed about 20-30 of them at least. There are sites all over the place whether you come in at the bottom of route 56, or the opposite side coming off Perkin mills road and fork left up the gravel road. Oh yea, one day I'll grow to be a real Jeeper... (in my pinochio voice)
So for those of yall planning on camping were you thinking camp Saturday night no matter what? Like if the run is Saturday then you would camp after and if the run is Sunday it would just be camping the night before? Or were you trying to camp the night before/after the run regardless of what day that is?
