It is not Winter winter is when the snow falls and the streets are icey
You must have wintertyres when the streets where you drive are snow covered or frozen.
It is all over the world the same: no risk no fun but it is your own risk
If not the police can collect and the insurance donīt pay when you have an accident.
And this is also law for foreigner.
Winter tyres are since with the M+S or with an snowflake Symbol

I'll be headed that way in April, but don't want to fail inspection because of my mud terrains...
