Default Pictures Rotating Left

How come every picture I post rotates to the wrong orientation, to the left 90*? I've tried to plan for this quirk, but regardless of how my picture is flipped and saved, it looks the same on the website. I am using chrome version 52.0.2743.116 m. Any suggestions?

Hi,

Can you send me a link to an example? How are you uploading the pictures? Thank you!

well, I've been playing around with this trying to duplicate the problem so i could offer a better explanation to you, and i think i answered my own question. i dont think it's the website doing this. i think it's my computer somehow flipping the photo when i download it and save it on my PC. then, when i'm uploading the picture through the "manage attachments" it's just pulling in the flipped picture from my PC hard drive. i dont think i'd noticed this as i typically have a pic on my phone, email it to myself, save on PC and upload it without looking at the thumbnail of the download. now, as to why the picture is getting rotated during my download, i have no clue, but that is definitely not your issue

i just downloaded 2 pics, 1 landscape and 1 portrait, confirmed that on my hard drive i had to rotate one of them and re-save it. then, uploaded both the the website and they look as i'd expect. only the portrait picture was rotated when downloading it to my PC hard drive, so i guess i'll start looking why that's happening.

i sure appreciate your prompt response on the the initial post!
