Az crew - Moss Wash This Weekend
My crew from Prescott and a few with my brother at NAU are talking about doing the Moss Wash This weekend up near Kingman.
Ive done it once before with my JK and my room mates TJ with no problems. Little snow on one section but not bad.
PJK video of WoL and crew doing it last year. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wtWS8d_unNA
Fun Trip if anybody else would like to join in.

According to "Guide to Arizona Backroads & 4-Wheel Drive Trails" Its a Difficult rated trail at about 14 miles in length and allow 3-4 hours to do. A few buddies and i did this trail back in spring of 09 in a Tj on 33s, and my JK on 35s. We didn't have anybody problems. From my past experience, the difficult rated trails in the book seem to be moderate for me. We did leave a little later in the day and had to do the final section in the dark. according to the map in the book the final section isn't all that rocky or technical and if i remember right it wasn't hard. just a nice ride out in the sunset.
The video in the OP is of WoL and other Project-JK members doing it last spring i think. If i remember right there are ways to bypass hard parts if you wish. When we did it in 09 we had a 100ft stretch of snow on a north face but a few tries and we made it through.
I would actually allow about 4-6 if you take time for lunch, to check out the old Gold King Mansion at the mine and if you want to take the harder sections of trail.

Your from PV?! I live off viewpoint and 89. Probably seen you around.
I am picking a few people up and meeting with another couple rigs at the Frys gas station on Willow Creek at 0800. Will leave around 0815 to convoy up to Ash Fork to meet a few others before we head out West.
