Yeah, we're kinda in the same boat with our daughter as she'll be 20 months in a few weeks. As I'm trying to plan things out it's looking like we've got four days open with no set plans at the moment (6,7,8 & 9). As we draw closer we may potentially lose one of those days when we schedule the train ride.

Cool, right now I'm thinking maybe the 6th or 7th weather permitting. After running Black Bear I figure I'll have to give the wife a break from wheeling for a day or two before running a loop out to include Animas Forks, California Gulch, Hurricane Pass and Corkscrew Gulch.

So far it's looking like we'll be running Black Bear on the 6th with a couple of guys of jko. They're also planning on hitting Imogene after that if anyone wants to continue on with them.

We may be rethinking running only Animas Forks, California Gulch, Hurricane Pass and Corkscrew Gulch and expand that to the Alpine Loop on the 8th. It's tentative at the moment as I'm waiting to hear back from person on their plans but I'll keep the thread posted.

Also, is anyone going to be in Moab between te 11th and 15th? Looking to hit some trails in that area as well.

I have had a change of plans. Instead of leaving on the 31st I could not wait. I will be pulling out tomorrow.

Jealous, wish I could leave already. :( Safe travels to you.

Now are you do you think you'll still to be able make the Black Bear run on the 6th?

Glad you understood what I was saying, looking back at that, I need to not respond to posts before I've had my morning coffee...
