Default Denver - Anyone have a programmer?

Getting some 35s this week and wanted to see if anyone has one of those programmers so I can have a correct speedometer.

most programmers are vin locked so they can't be used on multiple vehicles. I could be wrong...but what i was always told. So only way to do it would be a new programmer or a used one someone put back to stock.
